Invoicing and Payment

Payments can be made via cheque, invoice or electronic transfer. |

|
Fees are due 7 days prior to the commencement of the training course. |
|
|
If the fees have not been paid within the stated period an enrolment may be cancelled. |
|
|
A remittance advice will be sent via e-mail as confirmation of payment. |
Cancellations
|
Notification of cancellations must be made in writing to training@iq-eq.com.au |
|
|
In the event of a cancellation more than 10 working days from the commencement date of the training course a full refund will be given. |
|
|
In the event of a cancellation less than 10 working days from the commencement date of the training course a refund will not be given. |
|
|
An enrolment can be transferred to another person at any time up to 1 working day before the training course commences. |
|
|
If a participant fails to attend a training session, fees will not be refunded. |
General
|
iQ:eQ reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or re-scheduled training courses due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. |
|
|
iQ:eQ endeavours to keep information updated on it’s marketing material, website and course flyers. iQ:eQ has the right to change course fees, dates, facilitators at it’s discretion. |
|
|
iQ:eQ does not use the information from registered participants for any other purposes other than course registrations and for iQ:eQ’s marketing activities. Participants can request to be removed from iQ:eQ’s database for marketing activities. |
