Adviser Academy offers an accelerated developmental program that is designed to equip those with limited financial planning experience with practical skills and abilities.
This practical 'hands on' program addresses key functional tasks of financial planning involved with gaining and retaining clients. In addition, the program coaches participants with interviewing techniques to maximise their potential in gaining their desired role after graduation.
This program is focused on providing practical abilities around winning the client relationship and building and maintaining it, over the long term. This program is focused on developing and/or sharpening an Adviser’s skill set based around the interview process with a client. The program addresses issues on how to ‘win’ a client and provide tools that are useful in building long term relationships with a client. The program differs from other ‘sales’ type courses as it is specifically tailored to an Adviser’s situation and factors in legislative, compliance and business rules in the relationship building process.
Competencies:
The program has been designed to equip participants with those competencies as displayed by experienced financial planners. These competencies are aligned with what financial institutions look for when identifying and selecting planners for their business.
